WHY AM I STILL AWAKE???

I am so tired but cannot sleep! This is crazy! I was wrapping gifts and around 11:30, I made myself stop so I could pay a bill online and go to sleep. Well, it's after 2 AM and I am not tired! Ok, well I am tired but i can't sleep. Ugh

You must have too many things running through your mind!!! I am going to guess you got to sleep though

It's stress, plain an simple.

I've had insomnia for years, I am trying to adjust it myself.

The best things I've found to take to help you fall asleep is Tylenol PM, or in the vitamin section you can find Valerian. (Valerian can be addicting however because it works so well!!)

However with both of these make sure you have time to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Any less than that and you will be groggy for part of the next day.

Well, I did get to sleep but it wasn't restful. I came in a little late today but feel exhausted! I don't even think it is wedding stuff that is keeping me awake. Oh well... there's always tonight, right?

Hollie-thats all anxiety...remember I told you about that valeriana root extract? You should try it...its all natural...you wont trip or get high from it...

Seconding the Valerian!!! You get a bottle in any pharmacy for about $5 and it's well worth it!!!
