Why are NY Bathrooms SO DIRTY!

I just don't get it!! I have yet to find a public bathroom in New York that isn't dirty! Maybe I'm spoiled because I'm from California where you don't find a bathroom without toilet seat covers. But how hard is it to pee in the big toilet!!!

j/k. I hate NYC bathrooms. Sometimes I hold it rather than go.

I think it's because people are filthy animals!
I tried to go while at a concert recently and I almost killed myself slipping on about an inch of pee on the floor! Animals I tell you!!!

the city? i am yet to find a clean bathroom on long island....
i also have a theory they should have a mens bathroom, womens bathroom, and kids bathroom

cause i feel kids make alot of mess, but ive heard alot of stories about adults too

You can't blame it on the kids - my office bathroom can get nasty sometimes and we have no kids in the office.

What kills me is when you go to BBB & their bathroom is nasty. I think it would be good PR to have nice bathroom in a home store. And when you go to Home Depot - there are shelves of cleaning products available for purchase and I often wonder if may they are placebos since they are not used here

I definitely squat...if the seat is clean and I miss...I will wipe...but if it is not clean...there is NO WAY that I am wiping up someone elses pee...


the worst was in a bar - Off the Wagon - a girl POOPED behind the seat...where the flusher was...how drunk can you be???
