OMG!!! Ive gotten 2 quotes for shuttles from hotel to rh and rh to hotel and its almost $1000. I want to barf! haha What are my other options? Or do I just have to pay and shutup?!!

That seems like a LOT of money!! Is this shuttle company through your hotel or just a random place you called?? At the hotel I am staying at they gave us a number of a company that does shuttles and I think it was like $130 for a 14 passenger bus to drop off at the hotel after the reception... I still think even THAT is a rip off though!! It's like everyone hears the word 'wedding' and they think they can charge you out the a$$!!!!

who have you called? my hotel gave me a place, i think its called david brothers transportaion, they seemed to be the best price

Everywhere we got quotes were at least that. My dad called 5 or 6 companies including Coach USA and another bus company.
Meanwhile FMIL got a bus from NJ to LI and back for the shower for about the same price. I think they rip you off with shuttles because they can.

I hear you on this...we wound up booking with Winston Travel. We got two vans to use as shuttles to move people for two hrs to and then again from the reception. It came to 720 total....with grat. That was cheaper than most...We could hav e done just one van for cheaper but the vans only hold 11 at a time...I feel like I am going to have a larger amount of people stay over.
