Why are they trying to confuse me??

I had posted a few weeks ago that I was pretty sure that I had figured out when my shower was. The only thing that had thrown me off was the place, because I THOUGHT I had figured that out as well...

When my mom got home today she mentioned my neighbor was thinking of having something for her daughter who is pregnant, but for the third time. The little 'shower' would be the day after when I THOUGHT my shower was... So then my neighbor comes over a little while ago and asks if I've ever been to this place... and kinda stumbled over the name (Bellisimo), which is where I had originally thought my shower would be!

Now I'm confused. I am pretty sure it is that weekend just not which day (especially now that I found out my grandmother is coming in from Florida that weekend). I had mentioned a while ago to my mom that I THOUGHT I had figured out the place but wouldn't tell her where, just that it was in Suffolk... I wonder if she figured out where I thought it was and is trying to throw me off or if it really is there? I am making myself crazy!!

Thanks for listening. Now I just need to stop checking my registry... we need a support group!!

Well whatever they are doing is definitely working!! And stop checking your registry!!! lol.. Am I the only one on this whole board who has not peeked at the registry once?????

probably, even my DF asks me what is on ours. LOL

Okay as of today I am going to TRY to stop looking at my registry Or at least so religiously!!

BTW- my neighbor came over last night and said that its her daughters cousin that wants to hold the shower and she doesn't love the idea... My mom had told me a different story. She also said that it was going to be on Saturday (which is the same day as my 'FFIL's birthday party') not Sunday like my mom had said so I am thinking again that the shower is on Saturday!
