Why bother taking time off??
I took 2 vacation days---Thurs and Friday...
Well, none of my work was even looked at...
Every time someone else has gone away, I have had to cover, got 'threatening' emails that I had to help cover whoever was out, and still do my own work.
Well, I have...the girl who does the same job as me was on vacay for 2 weeks in June, I covered, was out for 3 weeks afer losing her baby in November, I covered for all her work, and evne when she took a week off in APril, I covered...
I came back today to 90 things in my in-bin, along with 4 phone calls and 6 emails that needed attention...
I am just so fed up...why is it Ok for me to cover, but whent ables are turned, nobody else has to? I am STEAMING!![]()
