Why Buy Toys ??? =)

JA has a room full of toys.

All he's interested in are:
*Remote control
*DVD boxes
*Telephones

Anything else, consider it invisible

Don't forget about pots and pans. I know Paul likes to play with those too....

We are the ones who 'need' all the stuff. Babies are just fine with limited amounts of 'things'.

Yep, anytime the dishwasher is open and im emptying it, he's my helper. stands there and empties it with me, except everything goes on the floor.
oh and they LOVE sock drawers!

Anna, that's soooo cute! Paul is the same way w/the remote control and the telephone. We (seriously) have about 4 'toy' telephones but he only wants the REAL thing!

ps - I am so amazed to hear you say that JA 'stands' there and helps you empty the dishwasher - I can't wait to see him standing!

Funny story about kids and phones. When my Godson was about 2 or 3 he picked up the phone and must have hit redial and got my answering machine. He recognized my voice and I had this long message from him babbeling away, singinging and laughing into the phone. It was precious.

Fran that is too cute!

My parents told me I was always more interested in the boxes then my toys.

My nephew loves the phone too. I got him a pretend cell phone years ago and even though he is almost 5 he still plays with it.

My nanny ONLY had tupperware and plastic measuring spoons for us to play with. HOURS, MONTHS AND YEARS OF FUN!
