Seriously, when youve got two hundred bucks a day to waste on a personal trainer and four hours a day to work out its probably really easy. I just look at old pics of myself after college as my motivation since I know I could never come close to looking like any of those celebs!

If you had a personal trainer and a nutritionist and lord knows what else watching everything you put in your mouth, you would look like that! just remember, that is NOT a god given stomach, she worked for that!

I don't have a pic like that on my fridge but I have this image of a 400lb middle-aged woman bending over trying to pull up her stockings implanted in my head ...that alone gives me motivation to lose the weight and be healthy.

thats what i do, i prefer to just look at pics of myself where i was at a weight i was happy with it...Or actually even better is to look at myself when i was my heaviest and say ok dont want to do that again

exactly, and i wont even talk about celebrities right now bc they have the time and money...but regular girls on the street sometimes ill be like ugh why cant i have a body like that no fair, but you know what, they take their time to go to the gym, they work hard and make sure to eat healthy...Honestly same thing when i was thin, and if people said that to me i used to be like UHMMMM i bust my a** working out, there was a time i worked out 2 hours a day and i watched what i ate, so i was like if you work at it youll do it too.
So just know that hard work will get you there, so yes keep up a pic but look at it and think ok by working out alot and sticking to it, i can achieve a look i am happy with
