Jack and Rose? I have been calling all morning and can't get through!!! I want to cancel my appt for today at 3:00 but no one picks up and there is no voicemail. oh well, I feel bad but I had unexpected company over and couldn't leave them here!!!! I have been trying to call all morning but like I said no one picks up.
Many florists(including mine) are closed on Sundays. They might even be closed tomorrow because of the holiday.

Jack sometimes does his own deliveries for weddings- maybe he was on delivery- or maybe he was doing something with his family, and then coming to the store for your appointment? Jack does do that- he will close the store, but open it just for his appointments . . . This may be why you weren't able to get in touch with him on such short notice.
