i thought this was going to be easy........NOT...

i have some tables with 7
some with 12

Oh I feel your pain !! My mom and I were going through the list of 250 the other night. - it's SO hard to figure out where to put people especially b/c some tables are 6 and others you want 16 !! (but have a 12 person max !! ) AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I'm going to try and attempt this chore tonight. Otherwise, maybe Saturday night.... I have to say - I like Neenie's idea of musical chairs. I might just take the response cards, throw 'em in the air and wherever they land - is how I am seating everyone!
