I am sooooo mad. My cousin called my mom today to ask why another cousin and her mom were not invited. HELLO, NONE OF HER BUSINESS!!!! They weren't invited because we NEVER talk to them, and I don't like them, but thats besides the point!!! Then she continued to say how her kids were disappointed that they weren't invited and how her daughter was upset that she wasn't asked to be in the wedding party. Some people have all the nerve!!!! I am soooooo mad right now!!! Just had to vent, Thanks.

unfortunately, you are not alone.
I have seen 100's of posts on here with the same issues.
When my FH and I first got engaged his niece asked if she could be our flower girl. then his mom asked us 3 more times. she's 11 years old. I thought that was a little tasteless.
our invites have not gone out yet, I just can't wait to see what happens with our guests

My FMIL thinks 9:00 is too early for everyone to meet up. (My wedding is at 11:30 andwe have to do pics before hand!!!!) Its one day people! Its my day and they will be there or else!

people drive me crazy with that crap!! its not like they call you on your birthday or xmas or anything..but when there is a wedding..EVERYONE all of a sudden is either your best friend..OR suddenly family again...give me a break..wow..now i feel like i vented on YOUR POST!!! sorry

my 3rd cousin asked if his granddaughter could be our flower girl - she is under 2 and we were not even invited to her parent's wedding (his kid). The 2 year old's parents are not invited and he asked 5 times. OMG, NO. I so understand....

I FEEL THE SAME WAY A LOT. PEOPLE GET OFFENDED FOR NOT BEING INVITED BUT DO THEY REALIZE HOW MUCH MONEY IT COSTS TO INVITE EVERYONE. YES SOMETIMES WE WOULD LIKE TO INVITE EVERYONE WE KNOW OR ARE RELATED TO BUT THE REALITY IS YOU CAN'T. YOU CAN ONLY INVITE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE CLOSEST TO YOU. I THINK SOME PEOPLE ARE SO RUDE TO EVEN ASK WHY THEY WEREN'T INVITED. AND WHY SHOULD YOU INVITE PEOPLE TO YOUR WEDDING THAT YOU DON'T LIKE. IT IS YOUR DAY NOT THEIRS. THIS IS HOW I FEEL.
