WHY DO BRIDES GET CHARGED EXTRA FOR EVERYTHING ??

Hair - we have to pay double
make up -extra: when its just another face
flowers- even if theyre the same as your bm in a diff color youre paying double just because youre the bride

Vendors are soo greedy these days!
does anyone else feel frustrated about this. ?????

I think its a crock!!!!
I had called a place about getting my hair done......so I said it would be an updo and they quoted me $40.00. I said great I need to book it. Then I said I need to also make appts for the bridal party also.......the woman was like is this for a wedding? I said yes and then she says the Updos START at $85.00 for the bridal party and $100 for the bride. Um, you just quoted me $40.00 for an updo and now its $60.00 more.............WHATEVER
It annoys the cr@p out of me

It is ridiculous though......they hear the 'W' word and the prices sky rocket!!

i knoww!! my usual wedding guy charges 60 for curls or an updo and i asked him about my wedding he quoted me $250 and 60 for each of the girls!!!

MAKE UP- wedding make up artist: $125
I can go to MAC and theyll do an amazing job for $50.
We might as well lie lol

Can you just tell then you need your hair done for a 'party'? I wonder.....

Did you ask why the big difference? (even though we all know its bc the 'W' word).. but i love to see their reaction...

My game plan is to ask my hair place where i get my hair doen all the time what they charge for up dos, they will give me a price (Obviously for much less because i wont say the 'W' word) and then I'll be like I would liek to schedule a trial for my wedding.. I'm sure they will tell me a higher quote and then I'll be like I thought it was X amount, and ask why does it matter.... Then I will ask, woudl you have rahter me lied to you and say its for a regular party? I'm such a B**CH. But I cant stand people takign advantage of us on our big day.

Or maybe I should just lie from the get go, and not mention the W Word

wow! that s****, Vendors really do stink about upcharging the brides so much it's not fair - like we're not spending enough money already!!
