Jealousy, low self esteem, learned it from parents, to go along with their friends (peer pressure), I could go on and on. It's too bad isn't it?

I think people do it when they are unhappy so they try to put others down or talk bad about them to feel better about themselves. Sometimes its because they are jealous and sometimes its because they are insecure.

I am ashamed to admit- when I make fun of someone it is either because I am jealous, or trying to make myself feel better. I try not to do it. It is not nice.
