Some people are sweet on screen but pains in the asses off line and visa versa!

I, for one get very cranky and irritable off-line and I really don't need to subject you all to my moodiness, so I save it for people who can see my face and actually understand that I don't mean to be a witch, I was just born that way!

Also because online is an escape - it allows you to be something/somebody you are not in real life. Big girls can be little, nerdy guys can be studs, accountants can be firemen, pervs can hunt down 13 year old girls....it's a whole other world where they can escape whatever stresses they have in real life. Look at how many marriages have been destroyed by the Internet?

As for myself, I have never mastered the fine art of lying online and anyone of the girls on here who know me will tell you I am EXACTLY the sawe in real life as I come across online. Loud, opinionted (lol).....

I think it's odd when people who you think will be one way b/c you've spoken to them on line etc.... are a totally different person when you meet them! Although this is the only internet site I've ever 'spoken' to others on.
I can see where one can have an 'alter ego' on line though.

Although have you ever been instant messaging with someone and you totally misunderstand the meaning of what they are saying? Like you think they are being rude, but they aren't? It is so hard to judge what people mean without hearing it in person.
