Why Do People Keep Talking to Me About My Shower?????

Everyone knows I dont know anything and my shower is supposed to be a total surprise but so far 2 people started talking to me about the when and where. WHY PEOPLE???? Dont talk to the bride. I still dont know anything for sure but still!!!!!

I have the same thing, except the people who are talking to me about my shower are the girls from my BP! I mean, I still don't know anything really, but why the hell are they even bringing it up??? Sheesh!

Well they're not giving me like details but they're sort of talking around it, if that makes sense. Like my MOH will tell me that FMIL didn't get her the guest list yet, or that she's mailing the invitations soon. I still know nothing so it's fine but it's just annoying. Shut up already LOL!

i believe that planning a shower like planning a wedding is exciting & makes ppl want to talk about what they are doing (case in point=LIW!)......and perhaps the girls are getting excited & wrapped up & can't contain themselves...

i think sometimes all too often we forget the bigger picture on this site...these are ppl doing things for us, they are not perfect but they are for us, just thought i'd remind you of the positive

I know certain things, too, which totally annoys me. I wanted it to be a surprise. I now know I got my kitchenaid mixer b/c my friend got it as a steal on amazon. I told my mom and she told me she was going to buy it for me. Plus I know it is at my parents house. Why do people feel the need to blow things for the bride??

My mom constantly talked to me about my shower and it really created a lot of unneccesary stress for me. I understand they're excited, but I think it needs to be left up to someone else.
