I got ANOTHER phone call from a photographer last night... I told him I would call him when I was ready. So far he's called like 5 times since Feb 1st. I dont answer the phone because I dont want to be bothered. Why dont people get a clue???

I got a call from a florist last night!!! The particular florist ended up being VERY annoying!! The thing I hated the most was that she asked me who I decided to go with... I told her... is that alright??? Why do they need to know??

I get about 15 calls a day from vendors. One photographer we looked at calls me multiple times a week asking when we will come in and book them. Luckily they get my voicemail or I would have a few choice words for some of them. There are actually a few vendors that call about 3 times in a day (caller id). I even get a ton of calls thanking me for visiting their table at a showcase that I NEVER went to - or even knew about!

No it's so funny you say that - I am STILL getting calls from Spitz and Peck AND Pedestals, even though I called them ages ago to tell them I went with someone else! They have each called about 3 or 4 times and every time they call they ask me who I chose and I tell them. So why on earth are they calling back? I just got another call yesterday! I don't get it!!

I used to get calls from band after band after band ONLY when I ws sitting down to eat...tell them you've already booked and they stop calling.

I get calls from bands constantly- I never answer the phone, because I don't feel like talking to them- they always call about 8:30 at night!

The phone calls are non stop and the mail....at least 6 or 7 pieces from vendors a day!!!

Right about now the only vendors still calling are florists and tuxedos...... Soon it will all stop........

Oh I KNOW!! I posted a while ago about this one company ('The Pros') that was all but spamming me. I kept asking them to STOP sending me email and they just wouldn't!! I think people should learn to respect it when we tell them 'no' or else they risk their reputation being ruined by inundating us to the point of our complaining about it to all our friends!

The same thing happened to me and it was so annoying! This particular vendor would leave messages at home, on my cell....even though I told them that we were still trying to figure out what we were doing. We booked someone else so the calls have stopped. Thank goodness!

I can't begin to tell you how annoying these calls have gotten. Don't even get me started on the JUNK MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a brochure from Stan Weist once a week!!
East wind also has my wrong name, so I get double stuff from everyone, it is getting annoying!!
I should call and tell them to send me the $.37 each time instead of the mail, I would be rich before the wedding!!!

I remember when I first got engaged I had vendors calling me 24/7. It was so annoying. Shelzyp I get the same flyer. I actually got one today. I feel like calling them up and telling then to lose my address. If I didn't call them after the first 20 flyers, I guess I'm not interested.

Girls i had the same problem,but the one thing we must all understand is the vendors are in bizz to try to sell themselves,so what i did is i told them if i new i was not interested please dont call anymore and they stopped calling.Dont lead a vendor on because we all are sometimes embaressed to say we are not interested that we choose someone else. Which i never did.I came to the understanding that unless some of the vendors hear you say you are not interested they will keep calling so i returned the phone calls and would say im not interested after there hours of operation,this way you would not have to talk to themHope i could help you girls out.
