just to let you ladies know... i asked why it wasn't on the shelf (sold out, different location in store, whatever), the lady told me that their shopper didn't order any for the store. she was actually pretty snotty with me. so i walked out!
i saw that someone on here posted a joanns coupon. i'll be going to joanns tomorrow. joanns has better customer service, anyway.

I agree. I went there last weekend and got a 100 yard spool of really nice double faced satin chocolate brown ribbon for $17 (on sale) I have never been so excited about ribbon before..haha
