that if Aunt Flow visits late....my cramps are so much worse then if she visits on time??? I was 8 days late this time and i'm practically paralyzed....I can't even stand up straight......wth??

i picked up that tylenol rapid release....its been an hour....i don't see anything rapid about it. I mean maybe it's a litttttle better...but i still can feel my pulse in my uterus.....

if your pain is too much, BC makes it soo much better. i used to get horrible cramps, when i got on bc it was a life saver. i barely noticed my period was there. right now im off of it and i still get a lot less pain during my period.

yeah, i was on BC for years and years to regulate me...and I just don't think the extra hormones are good for me. I started going a little crazy....very moody...or just bitchy for no reason....as soon as i stopped taking the pills, i started to feel better. I wasn't as emotional at all.....idk....i believe too much of anything isn't good....except diamonds and kisses from FH :) haha

are u on the pill...if so, it usually helps with that stuff...and its always on time. take Yaz birth control i had baaaaaaaaaaaaad cramps, now i am on that i never get any

omg tell me about it!!!!!!!!!! i feel your pain lol i popped a vicodin last night and passed out around 9:30 lol i just got up like 20 min ago lol!!

I should try that... ! But birth control did work for me...now I am not on it anymore though.

I am on BC for mine but they are not working that well anymore so I think it is time to switch it up.
Ask your doc about a low BC -- I am on Levora -- it is just a low dose for three weeks and then a week of nothing. I didn't want to try the different level ones because they make people crazy -- I am crazy enough without any extras hahaha.
Also take Motrin or Aleeve. The ingredient in Aleeve is the same as in the prescription the doctor will give you Nuproxen or something like that.
