why is it like this EVERY TIME

Every time I have to wait for somebody to come do something at my house, I end up being the LAST ON THE LIST. I am sitting here waiting for the alarm guy to install a new panel - and of course they promised first thing -and I just called to confirm and now he is at another installation andI can expect him between 11 and 3.....

It's SO annoying. Now I miss the whole day at work (which should be great but I have lots to do) - and if I was going to miss the day there are a million errands I could be running....

It really aggravates me...just venting.

Several times when we called people for estimates, they gave us a day and time they would be here and they never showed up or called. How do people run a business?

That happens to me too. SO frustrating!!!!!!
