I just cant seem to get my BMs together to pick out and order their dresses. Everyone is so damn busy all the time. My little sister works like everyday and she's WAY OUT in LI somewhere. My FH's cousin also works like crazy and only has a few days where she can go dress shopping. And I work nights. The wedding is 7 months away and I still dont have BM dresses. Every week, everyone is like NEXT WEEK, NEXT WEEK. UGH. Sorry I just needed to rant...
I couldn't get all my girls together either. so I took only 3 and looked. then only two to make the final decision. if any of them wanna complain oh well should have been there! you should try something like that. if I hadn't I would still be waiting.
yea I have the same issue, even though I have a little more time then you it is very difficult to get 7 busy girls in the same room. I'm going to take the ones that are available and have them try dresses on. My FSIL lives out of state so I'm going to send her to a store to try on the dress b/c she has the biggest boobs so she is the only one that might have a problem with the dresses I choose.
I showed everyone the picture and only about 3 have tried the dress on. Everyone loved it and that is how I did it. I am going all different times for the girls to get their measurements and to put down the deposit. It is hard to get all of the together plus 2 of the girls live upstate.
i know its hard....what i did was looked of different sites and picked out a few dresses. I got my 2 MOHS and 2 BMs ( 3 couldnt come) and took them with me had 2 of them try on the samples an dthey looked nice on them. I got their opinions and we decided right there. Its hard to get everyone together but remember its ultimatly your decision. It was a bit easier for me cause all the girls are about the same size and color ( all between 5'4 and 5'8 a little chubby and light skinned) so it worked out well and then i just sent pics to the other BM of the dresses
