Why It's Important to Proofread (LOL)

A co-worker got a pen stuck inside the printer. He tried to remove the pen, but I told him we didn't have time for that now, and just to put a note on the printer telling folks not to use it and then report it to the Help Desk.

He grabbed a piece of paper and scribbled on it. I left before he finished the note. About 20 minutes later, one of my techs comes in laughing and says he was just in the lobby, saw a suspicious piece of paper on a printer and went to investigate.

Clearly sometimes things don't always come across the way you want them to........!!

REminds me of a time in college - We had parent's weekend at my sorority and the Public Relations Chair had to print up a program for the day's events...well she was a bit of a ditz, but luckily she misspelled her own title, not anyone elses - um, she was our Pubic Relations Chair
