I can tell that my workouts have been paying off, because my clothes fit better and my stomach is flatter, but the scale has stayed the same. Why does this happen? How can I lose inches, but the scale doesn't budge? I don't get it...

Re: Why just inches BUT not lbs??
Muscle is denser, so it takes up less room - which is why you're losing inches. But because it's denser, it weighs more than fat. As you're losing fat and gaining muscle, you are getting smaller, but your weight will stay the same.
Try not to look at the scale, just enjoy the skinnier you!

That's my one (and only-love WW) BIG problem with WW. I was losing tons of inches, but to them they only cared about lbs...

When the scale shows a few less lbs then it did then I feel good...I don't mind the inches but I feel accomplished when I see less lbs lol
