Why oh Why is Hootie doing a Burger King commercial?
With Carmen Electra? (I know his name is Darius Rucker I think but I still call him Hootie). That commercial is g-d awful!

LOL!! DH and I were having the same exact conversation yesterday. Even though it clearly looked like him I could not believe my eyes that he was doing the commercial.
ETA: Carmen is in that too, I didn't see her. I know I recognized Brooke Burke.

I loved them too...I saw them at a concert in Shirley about 7 years ago....Train was the opening act and pretty much unknown!

The other day one of his songs came on and my friend said, 'Hey, it's Hootie and the Blowpops!' ... and he was completely serious. i looked at him, laughing, and said, 'It's Hootie and the Blowfish, you ninny!'
He did have a point though--Blowfish, Blow Pops, both are pretty stupid names!
I do like Hold My Hand though...
