This weekend was almost a complete wash out. Feels like we've been living in Seattle lately. Thinking I need to pull out my flannel and Pearl Jam shirt. Why is it always crappy on the weekend and then absolutely gorgeous on Monday? This happens so often it's sickening. Wish I had unlimited personal days so I could enjoy days like this.

But yes, this always happens. Its days like this where I am happy I do not have a window sit so I don't get jealous of the weather.

there was a period during the summer where it rained EVERY friday for like 8 weeks or something. and then it was beautiful m-thurs.

yes it is unbelievably beautiiful today. I wish i had a dog so I could go on long walks in this weather!
ETA: FH and I have a chinchilla (but it stays at his house). Whenever it's my turn to take care of him (change his bedding or give him his dust bath), I always say, 'BUT WHYYYYY, he's not a dog!

This weekend is supposed to be G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S! I cannot wait! Not sure what we're doing Saturday but Sunday we are going pumpkin picking, watching the Giants and then BBQing again. LOVE it. Cannot wait. My father makes this amazing steak. Now that it's cooling off he'll be making shrimp bisque and Maryland Crabcakes (from the disney cookbook.....they are so delicious I cannot even tell you). Sorry, I'm late for lunch and starving.

sat we are going to do some registeries and then metting friends in the city for dinner and DANGERFIELDS!!! cant waitttt then sunday hes gonna make me breakfast like he does every sunday i have off andddd then we watch movies all day n bum out!

I feel ya on that one! I kept looking outside the window today wishing I was out enjoy the gorgeous weather. Instead I was stuck inside all day.
