I think once it got to the point of people saying we'll go down to that store or post the phone number of the person who it ends up being, CS needed to pull it to CTA (cover their @sses).

I'm sure they'll post why they needed to pull it. That's my two cents on why.

I'm not sure of this, but maybe laura asked that it be pulled. She's not one to start drama, and she might not have wanted it to be such a long discussion.
Again, I don't know. but I'm thinking that if that was me, I'd prob post the info in the heat of the moment and then ask it be pulled.

if not, CS might explain why??
