I requested a quote Feb 12 - no answer. So I replied to the email that they sent saying they received my quote and would get back to me. I told them I never received a quote. They emailed me back and said to resend the info and they would surely get back to me. It's all ready been a couple of days. What the heck!!!!!

maybe b/c ' this is busy season' sometimes I got quotes back right away.. sometimes it took a little while.

They sometimes took a few days to respond.

did you give them your phone number? I found that they would not quote certain designers online, but would call me with a quote.
