i know and not only that but really think about it, if these ppl weren't celebrities they would not look like they do and most would probably look completely different. Its not just having hair and make up done for most events but its having personal trainers and many times they are told they have to get in great shape and for 2 months they're only job is basically getting in shape, then also personal chefs, all the best experts at your disposal, plastic surgery and tons of treatments that help you look better.
Look at some of them before they were celebrities, they looked so different and if they werent celebrities now they would be the same
