Is this something that you are looking for? They also have regular cotton material in the store if you dont like velour I have a pair in black and the top band of the waist is very wide

Believe it or not try target or Forever 21. If you dont mind spending more try bebe, juicy and express.
You could try the juicy outlet but they are not much cheaper out there.

I think I know what you mean -- wide waste band right? I got a whole bunch of them from target last year.
Yeah like really big up and down ways and the material of the waist is like stretchy. not the fold over pants though. Its like a summery outfit i guess. Maybe when that stuff comes out. But i wish i had a picture for everyone so they would not think i am crazy hehehehehehe.

I know exactly what you mean ! Juicy has them in black and white , with a wide band that sits at the hip :) they are kinda wide leg.
would you have a pic of them? i cant find them online?
