does anyone have a pet that is attending the wedding ceremony? i know its kind of weird but i was just thinking if it was allowed. i am getting married in a catholic church where they dont even let u throw rice. so i'm sure i cant. :( but i was just wondering if u think something like that is allowed?

Re: Wierd Question
I seriously doubt they will let you. My old church wouldn't even let my friend play an acoustic version of a Rolling Stones song for a friend's funeral eulogy. Some churches might but I doubt most Catholic.
You could dress him/her up and take pictures before and after.

Re: Wierd Question
My future BIL and SIL asked their priest to bring their dog in and he said 'DON'T YOU DARE', they have a tiny dog which they ended up sneaking in, but I thought it was rude of them to even go ahead without the priests ok.
Most catering halls won't let them in either.

Re: Wierd Question
it depends really on where you get married. i doubt a church will let you. i dont know why, but they probably wont. churches are stuck up. i am allowed to bring mine into the chapel, thats no problem...... i just dont know if i am going to bring them (or at least Tinky) b/c 1) im not sure if the hotel allows it 2) i'd feel bad leaving her/them in the hotel all hte time, while we're out gambling, etc

Re: Wierd Question
I wanted my shih tzu in the wedding, but his behavior is not good we don't want to have to worry about him the whole time. I didn't even ask the priest. Is that a toy poodle you have?? So cute
