Was your final meeting last night?? How did it go?

It was my semi final.. we met with Vicky.. she was AWESOME!!! We went over Linens,, menu...cake,,,floor plan....

she was soo helpful...she gave really good tips on random things... like the menu....we wanted a veal dish but she steared us away from it b/c of the size of our party she was afraid it would dry out if it wasn't served right away.. stuff like that!!

They give you a list of everything they need the week before the wedding...
They give you an estimated bill.

The tips..on the sheet she gave it is recomended $4-$7 per person that is split between the staff.

They give you a liquor menu..everything they have behind the bar..

Homework is to right down all the vendors information in case they need to call someone the do of.

they were great!! Really im so excited now!!!!!

Oh they donate the left over food tot he Harvest house.. but will wrap something for you and FH.

The offer a kids menu if needed no extra charge.

What else????

Did they mention where the vendors sit and eat? Did you choose your bridal attendant and that other person who I can't thing of the title for?

They have a separate room for the vendors to eat in.

I said I heard great things about Megan so she wrote down that I requested Megan.

She tole me the matire d' was going to be Paul.. not sure if you can choose that though. He was there and we met him.

I thought Megan was a banquet manager??? She's a bridal attendant also? Our banquet manager is Vicky/Megan because when we left our deposit Vicky was on maternity leave.

I don't think they know me but when they hear/see FH they know who we are!!!!!

It's actually better that they don't know you..that means you aren't a bridezilla!! They like that!!

When you go..go in organized with menu decisions made.. they love to help but they loved that I was organized and easy and laid back!!!!

yeah Megan is both...

Ohhh that explains it!! So Paul was good?? Im glad!!! I think someone posted that they had megan as the ba and she was great!!!!
