Wild Rose Video - anyone having a hard time getting in touch with them?

I'm a former bride waiting for my video. I've called and emailed numerous times without a response from them. Their answering machine doesn't even say the name of the business anymore. I'm getting nervous.

Does anyone know anything?

Hey I contacted them maybe about 1.5-2 weeks ago asking for pricing on their videos. They took a little longer to get back to me because they said they were on vacation. Maybe that has something to do with it? But they did get back to me about a week ago, so as of then they were still there.
