Will all vendors call me for final meetings? *Funny that I asked*
... or should I call them? I know I still have time, but I don't want to leave EVERYTHING til the last minute.

ETA: So funny that I asked this question today! The North Ritz Club actually called me tonight to schedule my final meeting!! It totally feels official now!!!

haven't gotten there yet myself - but from being an events planner i'm guessing we're gonna need to call them! plus its the safer way too...then you're not waiting on anyone

my RH told me they would get in touch with me the month before to make an appointment to go over everything. All other vendors, I called myself to make appointments.

Unfortunately, most vendors make you wait until about a month before. My photog and RH sent me letters, i had to contact my florist, DJ and Video

my RH got in touch with and so did my DOC. So far no one else wants a final meeting but they sent us forms to fill out and mail back to them pertaining to the events / times that will occur the day of the wedding.

we made all the calls ourselves....especially if your limited on time (we could only go after 6pm or weekends), i would set appointments at least a month in advance. this way they are scheduled with one last thing to worry about!

I called most of them on my own. Trust me if you owe them money they will be getting in contact with you- no doubt about it!

yes, they will all call you, for me it was last week, so not last minute at all..but it was a chain of calls i got to finalize, lol, we took care of all of them over 3 nights

The RH will....call the vendors though. Check your contracts. Info is found on them.

my RH contact me about 2.5 months b4 2 schedule the final appointment. Limo has contacted me, final payment is due 30 days b4, and my photographer has contacted me a few times throughout the year, and about a month ago as well.

some say that they will...but i just put notes on my calander to call them and if they call me first, one less thing to do (im a little bit of a control freak )

Funny that I asked this question today bc the NRC actually called me tonight to schedule our final meeting. We are going in tomorrow night! YAY!
