Will it matter???

Will it matter???

If the font used to address the invitations is different than the font used for the invitations and return address??

I was going to have my FMIL address the invitations with calligraphy, since she offered, but now have decided having her do them might be a large task and can just print them up directly onto the envelopes instead.

Will it look strange if it's a different font or who gives a rat's arse?? And will people care if it's printed instead of calligraphy??

It depends on how anal retentive you are. I think you are the only person that will notice (other than a bride with an upcoming wedding that is scrtunizing every little detail she sees in someone else's wedding). If it is going to bother you, then find out which font the invitation is in (this is my FH's plan) and get it to use to print the envelopes, or let FMIL do the calligraphy.

I honestly don't think it will matter. Up until I got engaged I never paid attention to it. Do what is better for you. If you can't find the font, try dafont.

I don't think it will matter at all. If the fonts are similar enough, who cares? Most people won't hold them up against each other and compare. Well, maybe a bride will...but not normal people!

Happy Thanksgiving Janna!!!!

I would try to get it as close as you can. Most script fonts are similiar and you cannot really tell the difference.
