Good luck ! I stopped smoking in 1989. i smoked 2 packs a day, than my cousin said to me if i stopped smoking he would buy me a Hot Fudge sundae. i did everything i can to stop smoking I chewed gum, chewed on ice cream sticks, breath mints. and now I am smoke free for 16 years. you can do it!!
