Will the LIW gods forgive me?!

I have a confession...
When I first found this LIW my FH and I were planning a wedding on LI. He was born and raised in LI and his parents still live there. We live in Maine. Now we have completely changed our plans and the wedding is in Maine. Am I still welcome here or should I beat it and start up a MaineWeddings site?!

I think you should stay! One of the things I miss the most about LI is the gossip...You can't get this stuff in Maine!
