I got mine on etsy as a PDF file and printed them myself. They were super cute and easy.

This is how I asked my girls... I ordered the persoalized labels from etsy and then got our favorite wine. They all loved it. If you want I can get you the link to where I got them on etsy if you are interested... Here is a picture if it works LOL

I made mine myself. Bought cute printable 'invites' from staples for $5, found a cute poem online and printed it myself on my regular printer. Pics in my album.

This! I got some really cute cards that were totally personalized for each girl (cousin, sister, future sister in law, etc). I think I got 5 cards for $10. Then, depending on their age, I gave them a bottle of wine or a bottle of sparkling cider.
