Ok so thanks to you lovely ladies, I am teaching myself Photoshop. I have created separate will you be my bridesmaid cards for each of my bridesmaids and my MOH. See sample below.
I was thinking of printing them on thick glossy post-card paper and mailing it to them. I went to Staples and their post-card paper was very flimsy in my opinion. Any suggestions or where to get good post-card like paper. Or any suggestions on other ideas i.e magnet, regular card etc.

I really like this! I know i'm gonna sound like a retard right now, but how do you get photoshop? Do you have to go to a computer store and buy the software? How much does it cost..

Please girl you do not sound retarded lol. I had no idea. FH had it already so I am just using the one on his computer. He is in to graphics and taught himself how to use it too

I am doing something similiar. I will send these in the mail with an insert to join me at my home for dinner. I plan to cook no restaurants. FH says I must save save save lol.
Doing them was really a trial and error process. I was constantly taking google tutorials. I started with the new psd file and added the yellowish background.
Then I created new layers for the flowers and changed the opacity. Also created new layers and drew boxes with that marquee tool and filled it in with the darker yellow color.

Thank you meet too. I was discouraged until one day I was telling FH how talented the LIW/ NYCweddings girls are and how I wish I could do half of the stuff and I need Photoshop. He just looked at me and was like I have it why didn't you tell me you needed it.

They look great., I did this in Powerpoint when I was playing around with a save the date.
