i gave my girls gifts...
like flip flops with a tag that says 'you've walked beside me and been my best friend'

Silly putty- thanks for all of the silly times

gloves--you've held my hand when i needed it most

i gave my MOH a bunch of them and at the end the last one was a puzzle thaat when she put it togther said will you be my MOH

for everyone else, i did one or 2 thigs and a card, exept my Best Friend from HS, i wrote a poem in true rhyming dr seuss style and put a stanza on each page and put graphcis withit...i got it bound and put a funny picutre of us on the front. the last page was a rhyme asking her to be a BM

Wow bethgail, that is incredibly creative and so cute!!!!

Do you mind if I borrow the idea?

I was thinking of making a card of a hand - and have it open up to display 2 hands linked by the thumbs (get a little heart inside).

Here's the poem:
Whenever needed, you've held my hand
You've walked besides me,
and been my best friend
So luck or destiny. . .
Who knows?
From the day that
I was only a Sophomore
for me to ask you
WILL YOU BE MY MAID OF HONOR?
