FH and I are planning on signing up for dance lessons.

My FH and I have been taking them for a yr... but we took 2 months off b/c I needed surgery... so we will be going back in another week or 2 I can't wait!!!

We go to Metropolitan in Garden City... we LOVE IT!

No, FH and I are pretty good on our feet (as well as other positons )

Why is it that my Peruvian/Ecaudorian FH can't salsa but my white lil' butt can?
I think we will have to get some lessons!

My FH is Ecuadorian too! (he's actually in ecuador right now!)

he doesn't dance either!

and i'm not so great at dancing to the music his fam listens too... thats why we need lessons!

Won't fly with FH... Although I'm lucky he dances with me at all when we are at other people's weddings!!!

definitely. fh bought dvd lessons but i think we need private lessons in real life. can anyone recommend any good places?

I really want to. I asked my FH and he said yes at first now he is saying he dosn't want to do it. Hopefully I can talk him into it. Anyone know a good place in Suffolk thats not to expensive?

I tried this weekend to dance with him in his living room...yeah, we need lessons...he does NOT know how to dance. No rythum what-so-ever!

FI AGREES HE CAN'T DANCE, AND DOESN'T WANT TO LUCK STUPID DURING OUR FIRST DANCE, SO WE ARE DEFINETELY TAKING LESSONS.

FH's friend's mom has her own dance school, he already asked her to teach us a few moves so we'll be taking some classes.
