Ummm no, not if I want my marriage to last! FH is patiently awaiting til 6/23/06 when he thinks I'll be off the boards. I told him he has to wait until the end of '06 since I need to see all my gals get hitched! Then, I think I'm peacin' out! Rigghttt.
Same with mine. I told him I have met too many people who I care about to turn away. BUT he doesn't know about LIF yet!
Ditto on that!

I don't think I will move over, since we don't live in LI. I'm having an LI wedding, so I'm an LI bride...but we won't be an LI family after . But I'll lurk on the boards there to see what it's like (but very rarely) and my FH will be like 'Hey, that's not the right board...it's the wrong color!).

I'll probably spend time on that site, but check in here periodically to help the rest of the 06ers!

I'll stick around here for awhile, not only to see all of my 06ers get married but to help out and offer advice as a past bride. I'll go over to LIF when we start house hunting and TTC.

I'm not even a long island bride!!!
I just love all the advice and the great women on here. I'm actually getting married in Queens and my reception is in The Bronx!!
I will definitely be around, at least until all my 06ers are married. Then we'll see how it goes from there.

as an early 06'er I definitely want to stick around to see the rest of you(s) get hitched.
i've been on LIF a couple of times but I think I would feel weird over there permenently after the wedding....since I won't actually be apart of a Long Island Family at that point.... I'll be living out of state!

I am not sure yet what I'll do. I've been on LI Families once or twice.

like nicole, i'm over there more then i'm over here. but once i'm married, i'll still come over here. i like to see the wedding pictures. i don't think we really have to choose, but i see where some people don't feel comfortable on liw once they are married
