There's really NO room in the apartment for 2 computers, to be set up separately, and I don't anticipate being in a much bigger palce when we get married, so..I don't know what to do. FH actually has 5 computers (he's a computer person..majored in computer science/enginerring in college), but he hooks them all up to 1-2 monitors. I know he probably doesn't want me on his computers that much (he's afraid I'm going to eff them up), but I just can't see ANOTHER computer, then we'd need another desk. If we hooked mine up to one of his monitors, we still couldn't be on at the same time..
i think I'm going to have to get rid of my desktop and get myself a laptop..

We have one now, but Tom is always saying that we need to get another one so I can be on LIW while he's playing video games and vice-versa. We have such high priorities in life

we both have laptops- I'm a Mac girl, he's a Dell guy.
Funny though, he uses my iBook for all his classroom stuff...

DH has his laptop, I used the desktop ... the desktop is actually mine primarily, since I had it before Anthony moved in.. and I never touch his precious laptop !!!

Yes we each have our own laptops and DH has a desktop and all kinds of stuff in the basement.

we just have one, but we have seperate xp profiles. we had two for a while, but it was a big pain in the arse.

I have a 27' Hi-Definition LCD Widescreen TV as my computer monitor. Its huge and its kickass.
I can watch TV on the monitor in a little PIP window while I am browsing the internet. I have a cable TV box ran into that room and connected to the LCD TV. Its really something else.
I also have a wireless laptop in the apartment I can use as well.

we had 3 but he didn't bring his desktop when he moved in. He took the innards & installed them in my desktop, but msotly we both use his laptop, except for buring cds, which we do on the desktop.

5 computers + 1 laptop
2 daily computer used by each of us 1 server 1 game machine (arcade) 1 in bedroom for watching dvd/movies/mp3's
and 1 laptop

We have 2 which are connected by a wireless network.
I use the desktop. DH uses his Tablet/Laptop.

We share one desktop, but I get a laptop when I start my doctoral program in June...We'll see if I hook it up to the internet...

We we have two separate computers set up in our living room. We both had them when we got married, and it didn't make sense to get rid of either of them. They are networked (DH is also a computer geek) so we share files and printers.

We are both techies so currently we each have 2 computers of our own (hooked up to one monitor each) and a server... all running in the one small room we call our office. As you can imagine, it gets a little warm in there.

We have one which we both use, I am on all day at work, and he gets home about 2 hours b/f me, sooo, he uses the desktop at home. he did get be a 19inch flat screen monitor for xmas, and now I want my laptop....
