They do have amazing stuff! I registered there because they have great things for cooking. and the are also the only company that I know of that carries the Bialetti ELECTRIC cappucino/expresso machine.

I did! They have all kinds of specialty cooking things that a lot of stores dont have.

its different than crate and barrel, which is more modern and william sonoma is more traditional.. but they both have amazing stuff.. ws has more high end stuff like knifes and cookware and the best mixing bowls in my opinion!! i love both stores.. i would def check out both if i were youuu..

they only problem with registering at a place like this is the fact that someone (FH) is gonna expect me to cook more! not that i don't like to cook, but come on now, take me out damnit (spelled that way on purpose!)

It's a fantastic store! I would say that unless you're REALLY into cooking though, it's probably not worth registering there IMO...Unless you think having all the cool tools will make you want to learn more! then go for it!!! (if you go in there, they sometimes have bread that you can dip into oils to taste...it's awesome!!)

Comparable, they have mostly the same kitchen stuff as Crate and Barrel but a little more since WS specializes in kitchen. Then Pottery Barn has more decor/dining stuff. WS and PB are the same parent company along w/West Elm.
