Wind Watch Smaller Food Selection?

So today I visted Hamlet Wind Watch and Fox Hollow. I immediatley fell in love with WW. Like, fell in love. Was ready to sign right there. PLUS it was IN MY BUDGET for a friday night in October! I knew the menu was a little smaller than other places I have seen.. not much of a choice for cocktail hour and only 3 options for dinner. Then we went to Fox Hollow. I just did not feel the same inside, I didn't LOVE it like I did with WW. But then I saw the selection of food.. almost felt like 10x as much than WW offered, seriously. it was overwheming how much food you get at fox hollow, however the price was higher (but also included the hotel and a bunch of other 'luxuries' and not 'needs' (like more food)

Anyone have any advice or have had their wedding at WW notice a difference in food? did it feel like there was enough to go around? I only get to choose 8 passed around d'oeuvres, 2 chef stations (the list is 3 pages long!!!), 3 chafing stations, 4 'bistro' displays, 1 appetizer, 1 entree, 1 salad, 1 dessert plate + cake.

There is really no 'pasta' dish after the salad. If you want a pasta dish you have to pick it as your appetizer.

Help!! I WANT to get married at WW, but I dont want to be dissapointed with the food selection!

P.s: I called the BM and left a message with her to see if there was anyway we can switch foods around or add a few additional things for extra $$

Update::: BM just called me back from WW. They are adding a second un-maned cocktail station for free!! I now get 3 choices!! We have our tasting booked for the 22nd, and have all the paper work started for holding our date!!
