Okay, who's confused about what wine to order etc? I guess a few are because I've seen some posts regarding this. So, I took the opportunity to do some research. There is a company in Setauket - 'Plaisir de Vin' or 'Pleasure of Wine' that teaches wine classes for only $50.
The next class is Monday October 25th 6:30pm at the Setauket Neighborhood House. Number is 338-8088 to register and inquire.

Re: WINE!
There is also vino-versity.com, based out of Divine Bar in the city, where there are wine tasting with different themes for $35.00. I'm actually going next Tuesday with some friends for a class on wine and chocolate. You can sample up to 30 (!!!) wines and taste different chocolates! I can't wait.
