Hello. I am new to the scene. My fiance and I are doing an italian/wine themed wedding, and are looking for a wine barrel. Anyone know where to get them cheap? THANKS!!!!
try calling some of the wineries out east maybe?
I found a TON of things for you!!!
Go to discount liquor stores and order in cases. Costco's and Sam's Club is perfect for wines/champagnes since they offer discounts when it is brought by cases or bulk. You'll have to do sort through your guest list and figure out how many people are attending your wedding. Then depending on the number of tables, the quantity of alcohol you'll need for your guests. Also, for cheeses/breads, try your local supermarkets that prepares the platters in no time. This is a less expensive option and does all the work for you. Or you can go to your local market ( I love Whole Foods) to find fresh organic breads and cheeses that will go great with the wine! Good luck with everything!
Thanks for your help. I'll be trying your suggestions this week!
