wine bottle removing label question

Did you all just remove the front label or did you remove the back label too?

I know TJ wine has a separate back and front label

Hmm... I am using wine bottles for table numbers. So I need to remove the labels also. I was planning on letting them soak in the sink for a bit then peel off the label.

But I think it would be ok to put a new label over it, obviously if there is still wine in the bottles!!! Or just remove the front.

depending on the brand some will be much harder to remove than others. Some of our beer bottle labels came off easy peasy. Others soaked for days and still needed some scraping with the back of a knife. Otherwise some goo gone works really well.
We got to the point we're we would put a bunch in a 5 gallon home depot/lowes tub to soak. Then just do a couple a day. We had to clean 150 bottles!!!
