Wine Favor

I pick up my favors next week.. I ordered wine Bottles.. Now, the thing is I have no idea how to package them. I don’t have time to do the whole label thing. My mom said I have to attach confetti candy to the neck of it because that’s just the Italian thing to do..ahhh ok whatever… any ideas how I can make this look elegant and still incorporate my fall theme.

I need help! Do I do tags? Organza bags? Skip the confetti candy and upset my mother lol

I used organza bags and a tag. Pics are in my album. I chose to not listen to my mom and went without the confetti, I'm hoping she'll have forgotten about it
