wine favor tag

Hi Ladies, I am getting reg sized wine bottles, and I don't want to do the labels.

Does anyone know of a place that I could make personalized tags to go around the bottle or something like that?

TIA

Re: wine favor tag

I used this site for my custom wine labels and favor tags.
They did a wonderful job.

I had a custom tag designed to match my colors/style. Here is the mock up. The actually has a navy metal eyelet on top and also a long green grossgrain ribbon that ties into a bow. I used an etsy seller. FM me for details.

Also I attached a picture showing eyelet and ribbon on a tag that is not mine!

I used my monogram and uploaded to vistaprint. I bought the business cards and just punched a hole in them! They came out great. I also used them for our OOT Boxes and Slipper Basket.
