Should I buy half red and half white? And then mix it up at the table? What about rose?
I only drink red wine, but some people like white. What to do...
Also, how far in advance did you get the wine? We are going to need 100-120 bottles!

are you having them on a table and let the guest take them at the end of the night?

I was thinking one per couple/or guest if they come alone.
We invited 290, so one per person might be too much!!
Not sure how we are setting it up. Have to talk to CLM and see what they think.

i would only get one or the other (red or white) ... not like people will be comparing favors with other guests
then again, if you want to get diff wines, that is fine too
actually i change my mind and say to go whichever route is cheaper :-P

hahah it's going to be the same price. TJ's wine is 2.99 red or white.

I am doing half red and half white
We were going to put one by each place setting but when we saw our BM at the hall the other day she recommended that we dont put them on the table and to hand them out. She says that she has seen cases of people coming early and grabbing them off the tables and other guests wont get them.

Thanks! I think I'm going to do half and half. That is what my gut instinct says.
I dont know if I should do it like that. Have them hand it out. That does sound nice. Will ask CLM if they can do that! Did you like that?

I'm so stumped on this! Someone suggested putting out a sign but I dont know how to say it nicely and not sound tacky

Do you have a DOC or a family member to give them out while people are leaving? I think I am going to have my DOC give them out as people are walking in.
