Wine from Trader Joes

I want to do red wine for favors, but have never tried any of the wines from trader joes.. have any of you ladies had the wine or have a favorite from them?

My husband and I gave out wine bottles from Trader Joes for favors for our wedding. We didn't like the 3 buck chuck, but we were able to find a wine we did like that was some where around that price from Trader Joes. It was a red wine too. They really do have decent wine for cheaper prices. I would definitely recommend using them! I would recommend buying a few bottles to try first so you know what you like.

I agree with the above poster...try diff wines as TJ's has great deals on all wines. We sampled their $3 bottles and actually liked their Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. We chose the Merlot for red with the idea that it would appeal to the masses.
