Not much to share, but I went to one at Raphael Vineyard and not only was it gorgeous but the food was incredible. I've been to a lot of vineyards on the North Fork and this is definitely one that seems the most wedding like.

I went to one at Martha Clara and it wasn't bad, but it was arranged kinda strange. Not something I would want...

The ceremony was by the bar. After the ceremony, we were escorted into the main room, but dancing was in the other room where the ceremony/bar is. It was buffet and the buffet was set up maybe 6 feet from the last row of tables. The food was awesome though.

I priced some out, and other than Martha Clara, they are VERY expensive. Most site fees for the summer were 10-15K , and that doesn't include anything. You have to set up rentals of linen, cups, forks, etc, a caterer, and some places you had to buy a certain # of cases of their wine. It ended up being way too rich for my blood, but if you'd like info from the ones I contacted, just FM me!

the other option is Vineyard Caterers (now known as The Vineyards). Its a working vineyard that exclusevly caters events- this way you don't have to rent out things like tables, chairs, linens, etc.

It ends up being very expensive. Numerous wineries can do weddings. Raphael is the best set up for one but is very expensive. Martha Clara is a bit cheaper and they do have a few options. But with any of them there are a lot of rules. You have to bring EVERYTHING in, sometimes even port-o-potties, and dumpsters! There may be noise restrictions or time limits too. If it's a very big wedding, you might need to use a tent.
After looking into a few places we decided to go with Vineyard Caterers. They do make their own wine, but they are really a hall. Everything is right there set up just how you need it. And they have been nothing but wonderful to work with.
